Job Summary

As a Virtual Customer Care Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and web. You will work from the comfort of your own home, enjoying a flexible schedule and the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives. Key Responsibilities

* Assist customers and other advisors via phone, email, and web with questions about billing/insurance verification, products, or services

  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer inquiries
  • Identify the answers to the questions you expect our customers to have in each interaction, providing accurate and helpful information
  • Take ownership of solving any problems, learning from beginning to end, or escalating to pharmacists if clinical advice is needed
  • Deliver the best service experience to our customers in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer inquiries
  • Assist with customer inquiries regarding their insurance and payments, as well as shipping needs
  • Provide technical assistance to our customers while browsing pharmacy.arenaflex.com
  • Serve customers in a timely manner to ensure that we maximize our relationship with them
  • Realize that each relationship represents more than a solution to a single problem, but an opportunity to build a long-term relationship

Eligibility Criteria

* Must live in the state of Arizona

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • More than 6 months of professional experience in computer and web applications
  • Multi-tasking experience and phone and computer skills
  • A high-speed internet connection from DSL, cable, or cable to the home (Fios or fiberoptic) with a minimum internet speed of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
  • The ability to change your schedule frequently (every 3 weeks), with two week notices
  • Ability to work in a private environment free of distractions (e.g. barking dogs, TV noise, music, children, etc.) and able to give full attention to the client during work hours

Preferred Qualifications

* More than one year of relevant experience in customer service via phone or email

  • Communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Experience working in a customer service or call center
  • Work experience in the medical field
  • Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced work environment while consistently meeting productivity and quality standards
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team
