Experienced Full Stack Data Scientist – AI and Machine Learning Development

The Cloud Advancements Application Stage (AP) team is seeking an exceptional Data Scientist to join our team. You will help design and implement our AI strategy to take our designer experience stage to the next level and help accelerate application development within arenaflex. You will collaborate and work with multi-functional teams and apply algorithms to large-scale data.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement AI and machine learning models using quantitative programming languages, such as Python, R, SQL, with distributed stores like S3, Flash, Vector Dataset
- Experience with model selection for experimentation
- Strong understanding and experience with advanced AI (ML) algorithms, deep learning, statistics, and large language models
- Strong understanding of transformer architecture, vector embeddings, and applying a model to solve various business problems
- Ensure data quality through analysis, modeling, handling missing values, anomalies, assessing model performance, validating results, and interpreting the results to provide actionable recommendations
- Selecting proper ML algorithms, training models, and calibrating hyper-parameters to achieve the best predictive performance
- Experience with training a model or using a pre-trained model and retraining or calibrating to custom needs
- Ability to present results of analyses in a clear and effective manner, able to break down complex AI model proficiencies into digestible information for a non-technical audience
- Experience in applying ML methods in engineer efficiency is a plus
Job Description:
The Application Stage team provides frameworks, services, and developer tools to internal design teams in arenaflex to accelerate their SDLC. We are working on a Generative AI-based designer experience stage for internal use and help our application development team. You will collaborate with AI engineers, Programmers, and other data scientists to deliver and deploy a comprehensive AI-enabled solution for this stage.
Education and Experience:
* BS in computer science or data science; MS or Ph.D. preferred
