Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for leading unique initiatives to drive finance upgrades and combinations across various teams. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Performing risk assessments and process investigations, focusing on proactive risk identification and suggesting risk-mitigation activities
  • Creating, modifying, and maintaining the functional and operational viability of finance processes and controls
  • Participating in the SOX 302 quarterly certifications process
  • Providing warnings on Controllership-related matters to Finance partners
  • Coordinating with teams across IT, HR, Finance, and Accounting to ensure that recommended procedures are followed and executed

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree in accounting/finance/trade or related field
  • 4+ years of relevant finance/accounting experience, with project management experience
  • Experience in internal controls planning or execution
  • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple competing needs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Desirable Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Big 4 or similar review/business controls experience
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookup, and other formulas)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including engaging written and oral communication skills
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work across global teams

Favored Qualifications

If you have experience handling finance and approving finance inputs through yield, or have a Controllership foundation and earlier internal review experience, that would be a significant advantage.
