Role Overview
As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our data management efforts and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our customer data. Key Responsibilities
* Acquire, develop, and manage high-value debts related to new product selection, fee pricing, and customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research to identify product selection gaps and execute GTM strategies to attract key marketplace players to join our e-commerce platform
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the marketplace segment, seasonality, and global developments/activities, and monitor competitor efforts
- Identify, prospect, and acquire high-potential sellers to our platform through direct sales visits, events, and presentations
- Guide sellers through sharing best practices of online selling, including statistics-driven insights that help sellers achieve high requirements of delivery, customer satisfaction, and business objectives
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to recognize and resolve vendor issues
Primary Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree required
- 1-3 years of sales experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, preferably in e-commerce, retail, FMCG industries
- Demonstrated success in exceeding sales objectives using a consultative and solutions-focused approach
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with a robust working understanding of Excel and MS Office programs
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and be enthusiastic about success and winning
- Commercial acumen with strong written and oral communication skills
- Advanced analytical skills and quantitative abilities
- Ability to work with complex financial data and communicate effectively with stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
* 2+ years of e-commerce experience
- 3+ years of experience in the consumer electronics industry
- 3+ years of direct sales experience
