Job Description

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in driving the growth and development of our ecommerce platform. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Market Analysis and Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify product selection gaps and develop strategies to attract key marketplace players to join our platform.
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify, prospect, and acquire high-potential sellers to our platform through direct sales visits, events, and presentations.
  • Customer Support and Guidance: Provide guidance to sellers through sharing best practices of online selling, including statistics-driven insights that help sellers achieve high standards of delivery, customer satisfaction, and business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to recognize and resolve vendor problems.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct market research to identify product selection gaps and develop strategies to attract key marketplace players to join our platform.

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire high-potential sellers to our platform through direct sales visits, events, and presentations.
  • Provide guidance to sellers through sharing best practices of online selling, including statistics-driven insights that help sellers achieve high standards of delivery, customer satisfaction, and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to recognize and resolve vendor problems.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth and development.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree required.

  • 1-3 years of sales experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably in the ecommerce, retail, FMCG industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed sales objectives through consultative and solutions-focused processes.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with a robust working understanding of Excel and MS Office programs.
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and be enthusiastic about success and winning.
  • Commercial acumen with strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Advanced analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to work with complex data.

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in ecommerce is a plus.

  • 3+ years of experience in the purchaser electronics quarter is a plus.
  • 3+ years of direct sales experience is a plus.
