Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Collaborating with scientists, software engineers, and business leaders to define business processes and provide insightful support
• Influencing code to investigate complex datasets and designing, creating, and assessing data changes to address specific business issues
• Building adaptable, efficient, and automated data pipelines to support client-facing reporting
• Automating TA cycles to streamline business activities
• Communicating verbally or in writing to business clients and leaders to share insights and recommendations

Essential Capabilities

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A four-year degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, data science, business analysis, finance, economics, engineering, or computer science
• Three years of experience in data querying languages (e.g., SQL), pre-processing languages (e.g., Python), or statistical/numerical programming (e.g., R, SAS, Matlab, etc.)
• Three years of experience in AI/factual modeling data analysis tools and techniques, and boundaries that influence their performance
• Experience applying theoretical models in an applied context

Preferred Capabilities

While not required, the following capabilities will be highly valued:

• A graduate degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, data science, business analysis, finance, economics, engineering, or computer science
• Experience in a ML or data researcher role with a large technology organization
