Job Summary:

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our retail location partners in delivering exceptional client experiences. You'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, using your skills and expertise to drive success and contribute to our mission of helping individuals achieve better health and wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional client service by anticipating client needs, showing empathy and care in all interactions, and effectively resolving potential issues

• Focus on the client by offering a warm and welcoming greeting, engaging with clients, and providing assistance finding additional products or services when required
• Perform clerk duties with accuracy, including handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions while following arenaflex policies and procedures
• Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in merchandise, updating pricing data, and completing stock management tasks as directed by senior management
• Support opening and closing store activities, as required
• Provide client care to all departments, including pharmacy and beauty, ensuring departments are fully stocked and functional while staying current with all updated services and tools
• Assist pharmacy staff as needed, including working regular shifts in the pharmacy as part of opportunities for growth and career development
• Embrace and uphold new arenaflex services and loyalty programs that support our mission of helping individuals achieve better health and wellness

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required

• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and carry up to 35 pounds occasionally, 10 pounds frequently, and negligible weight regularly to move objects to and from, including above lifting
• Close visual acuity to perform tasks, such as seeing a workstation, reading, and visual inspection including small parts/details

Preferred Qualifications:

* Past experience in a retail or client service setting

• Bachelor's degree in a related field

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift and carry objects up to 35 pounds occasionally
• Close visual acuity to perform tasks, such as seeing a workstation, reading, and visual inspection including small parts/details
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
