Job Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our large number of plan members. You will:
- Answer inbound calls and respond to questions about prescription coverage, medication inclusion, and mail order solutions
- Provide accurate and timely information to help plan members understand their coverage and options
- Offer solutions to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Work collaboratively with a team to achieve business objectives and meet customer needs
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
* 1 year of experience interacting with customers (e.g., call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, military experience)
- PC proficiency in Windows-based applications
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with flexibility to work more hours as needed
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in a healthcare or customer service environment
- Ability to work in a virtual environment and meet productivity standards
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
