Job Summary
As a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Support Representative, you'll be a key member of our high-performing team, providing service to arenaflex customers via chat, phone, and email. You'll be responsible for assisting potential customers with navigating our online insurance shopping experience, answering and resolving basic administrative and billing questions for existing customers, and contributing to the Support team's mission to delight our customers and help eliminate the fear of purchasing and using health insurance.
Responsibilities
* Assist potential customers with navigating our online insurance shopping experience and obtaining quotes for their company's health insurance options
- Work with existing customers to answer and resolve basic administrative and billing questions
- Use multiple communication channels, including phone, chat, and email, to communicate with customers and document customer interactions using our support ticketing software
- Propose process and product solutions to improve our customer experience
- Collaborate with the Support team to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service
Requirements
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales role
- Fluent English and Spanish speaking and writing skills
- Highly productive with good multitasking skills
- Passion for helping people, especially when it comes to their health
- Ability to work in a high-volume contact center environment
- Familiarity with support ticketing and/or support CRM software tools
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong desire to help businesses maximize their healthcare

Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $15.00 per hour. We have a market-based compensation structure, and the salary for this position may vary based on a candidate's experience, industry expertise, technical skills, and location. The range provided is just one component of total compensation, including bonus eligibility based upon the achievement of performance objectives and company stock options.
