Job Summary
As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for the complete post-sales lifecycle of our clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from their investments. You'll work closely with the account management team, technical success, product, and other stakeholders to lead consultative conversations with clients, identify opportunities for growth, and drive business outcomes. Your primary goal will be to build and foster relationships with clients, advocate for their needs, and help them maximize the value they get from our solutions.
Responsibilities
* Lead the post-sale engagement, retention, and growth of your clients, ensuring they achieve their goals and derive maximum value from our solutions.
- Support the expansion of your accounts by identifying opportunities, driving business outcomes, and ensuring clients are successful.
- Build and foster relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and pain points.
- Evangelize client success stories and client success systems and processes to drive innovation and improvement.
- Articulate and drive client use cases, client value, and expansion while maintaining a trusted client advisor status.
- Advocate for clients to internal stakeholders, sharing feedback and insights to drive product innovation and improvement.
- Drive overall account health, product adoption, account renewals, and growth, referrals, and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role, ideally in customer success, managing relationships, and working with technical products.
- Sophisticated business sense and understanding of underlying drivers and strategy of our clients' businesses.
- Track record of leading technical conversations and persuading others to take action based on requirements and value provided by solutions.
- Strong analytical skills and operating rigor.
- Strong presentation skills.
- History of success as a consultant, pre-sales, technical account management, or equivalent.
- Experience building account plans.
- Experience handling difficult customers or situations and demonstrating resolutions.
- Willingness to tackle things on your own.
- Ability to work within a team environment.
- Ability to navigate data and people to find answers.
- Strong understanding of our business and products, and ability to research/self-start.
- Capability to work well with a wide range of people, both internally and externally.
- Motivation and flexibility to work well in a high-growth environment where things change quickly.
Desired Experience
* Prior experience at a growth stage internet/software company.
- Familiarity with the healthcare industry and ability to research/self-start.
- Prior experience with SaaS start-ups.
