Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading client onboarding calls, ensuring a smooth entry onto our Kyra platform, and tailoring deployment strategies to fit each client's unique circumstances. You'll also:
- Proactively address client challenges and prevent churn
- Drive end-to-end account growth and cultivate upsell opportunities
- Analyze campaign performance and uncover insights for future strategies
- Act as a trusted advisor and showcase the value of the platform to clients
- Translate client feedback into actionable insights for internal teams
- Manage client invoicing and reporting with attention to detail
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in client service management within an influencer agency
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude and ability to maintain client relationships during challenging times
- College degree or equivalent educational background
- Proactive approach and forward-thinking mindset
