Job Summary

We're seeking experienced Live Chat Support Specialists to join our team and provide top-tier service to our VIP and Ultra customers. As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers exclusively through online chat platforms like Facebook Messenger, assisting them with inquiries, sales, and more. This is a beginner-level live chat job, and full training is provided, so you don't need to have any prior experience in live chat work.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to live chat messages on a business's website or social media accounts

  • Answer customer questions and provide sales links and discounts
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Provide swift and effective problem-solving to resolve customer issues
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets

Requirements

* Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and a reliable internet connection

  • Basic English writing skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
