Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Call Center Agent/Data Entry Clerk to join our team of remote workers. As a key member of our team, you'll provide exceptional customer service, handle inbound and outbound calls, and manage data entry tasks with precision and accuracy. Responsibilities and Duties
As a Call Center Agent/Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for:
- Making several outbound calls to customers on behalf of their insurance company, ensuring timely and effective communication
- Logging all necessary information into multiple software programs, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Receiving inbound calls from customers, following the same steps as above to provide exceptional customer service
- Managing data entry tasks with precision and accuracy, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
- Collaborating with the team to achieve business objectives, share knowledge, and drive growth through innovation
Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 24 months of inbound/outbound call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering results
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Fluent English language skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets, Email, and multi-line phone systems
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
- Self-motivated, proactive, and prompt, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Willingness to work some weekends, with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules
Preferred Qualifications
* Bilingual skills (a plus)
- Experience working in a fast-paced call center environment
- Familiarity with insurance industry practices and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle 100+ outbound calls per day
