Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality service to millions of plan members, answering questions about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions
- Facilitating treatment by providing necessary solutions to members
- Making phone calls to members to discuss their services and options
- Working collaboratively with the team to achieve goals and objectives
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1 year of customer interaction experience (e.g., call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, military)
- Computer experience with Windows-based applications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to solve problems in a positive and constructive manner
- Reliability and compliance with certain standards
