Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team in Santa Monica, USA. As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing actionable recommendations to improve business outcomes. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business decisions, identify areas for improvement, and develop data-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Assemble and present complex data analyses, visualizations, and reports to support business decisions and drive growth
- Develop and maintain advanced data models, algorithms, and statistical techniques to analyze large datasets
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions to address them
- Utilize data visualization tools, SQL, and programming languages (e.g., Python, R) to extract insights from complex data sets
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other data visualizations to communicate insights and trends to stakeholders
- Identify areas for process improvement and develop recommendations to enhance business efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop and implement data-driven solutions
- Develop and maintain expertise in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical techniques to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering)
- 3+ years of experience as a data analyst or scientist in an industry or consulting setting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, D3.js)
- Strong understanding of statistical techniques (e.g., regression, hypothesis testing, confidence intervals)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
