Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced WFH Customer Service Representative & Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling incoming customer service calls, dispatching customer phone calls, and providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers. In addition, you will be responsible for capturing customer information, answering customer inquiries, and resolving customer service issues in a timely and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle incoming customer service calls and dispatch customer phone calls in a timely and efficient manner

  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring quality and satisfaction
  • Capture customer information and answer customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Resolve customer service issues and concerns in a timely and accurate manner
  • Work with the customer service manager to ensure proper customer service and quality control
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer service records and information
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with the data entry team to ensure accurate and efficient data entry processes

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, data entry, or a related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in data entry software and systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a call center or customer service environment

  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Experience with data entry software and systems
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
