What You'll Do:
As an Entry-Level Live Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers in live chat sessions on our clients' websites and social media platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing informative responses: Answer customer inquiries in a clear, concise, and friendly manner, ensuring that customers receive the information they need to make informed decisions.
