Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Associate – Nights and Weekends, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing transactions and relationships with our valued sellers and customers through phone and email interactions
  • Responding to a broad range of event and order-related questions, ensuring that our customers receive elite service
  • Investigating instances where customer experience has been affected, determining fault, and resolving issues fairly and constructively
  • Handling day-to-day interactions with sellers beyond traditional customer service responsibilities
  • Navigating order queues to provide real-time assistance and ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers
  • Collaborating with the Seller Operations team to advance individual and team goals

Career Progression:

As a Seller Operations Associate, your role expectations will progress as follows:

30 days in:

Complete new hire orientation, gaining knowledge and resources about arenaflex's operations and the live event industry. Learn how ticket marketplaces operate and how you'll contribute to providing great experiences for our customers.

60 days in:

Investigate instances where customer experience has been affected, determine fault, and resolve issues fairly and constructively. Handle day-to-day interactions with sellers beyond traditional customer service responsibilities.

90 days in:

Play an active role in continued learnings to advance skill sets necessary for individual and team goals. Manage in-bound seller calls regarding a wide range of questions and monitor open and pending orders to ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers.

To succeed as a Customer Service Associate – Nights and Weekends, you'll need to bring the following skills and qualities:

  • Outstanding communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Strong customer service mindset that embodies problem-solving, decision-making, and resolution skills
  • Interest in the live event space and an eager-to-learn attitude
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model, with 3 days in office and 2 days at home
  • Availability to work nights and weekends, including 1:30pm-10:00pm shifts

* Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00pm for training (first 4 weeks)

Salary:

$40,000 base salary, with eligibility for overtime pay, bi-annual bonuses, and an annual equity grant
