Customer Service Agent – Part-Time Data Entry Position

Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for:

  • Welcoming and assisting customers with their travel needs, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience
  • Utilizing a computer to sell, print, and reissue tickets, as well as manage the registration process
  • Handling luggage and performing lifting tasks, including moving luggage from scales to transport lines
  • Practicing security-conscious behaviors in every operational cycle and system
  • Working in open areas, understanding and answering various questions about travel data
  • Accompanying unaccompanied minors and disabled travelers throughout the airport
  • Representing arenaflex in a professional and courteous manner

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication skills
  • Familiarity with English, both written and spoken
  • Familiarity with Spanish, both written and spoken
  • Ability to lift bags or items weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Periodic lifting of bags or items weighing between 50 and 70 pounds
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, using proper grammar, tone, and expression

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field
  • Ability to work a fixed or rotating schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Familiarity with airline operations and procedures
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
