Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Auto Division, you'll be responsible for supporting Record Goal operations, applying data, and driving quality customer experiences. If you have a strong background in customer contact, client support, or sales, and are looking for a challenging and rewarding role, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

* Support Record Goal operations as a section-level Record Goal Expert by utilizing knowledge of organization items, services, products, strategies, and Record Goal frameworks.

  • Apply data while interacting with delinquent clients to resolve account issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Perform routine conditional tasks, such as accepting inbound calls and making outbound calls using an auto dialer or direct dial system to determine the reason for misconduct.
  • Seek guidance from managers and raise questions and complex issues to Record Goal teams.
  • Collaborate with the Record Goal team on essential Record Goal-related information, as well as with internal and external clients.

Required Capabilities

* 3+ years of experience in Record Goal, customer contact, client support, or sales, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.

  • Ability to follow procedures, policies, and guidelines.
  • Ability to listen and elicit data while exercising autonomous judgment to successfully identify and resolve issues.
  • Ability to execute in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while adapting to multiple needs in a structured yet adaptable, flexible, and changing call center environment.
  • Ability to communicate with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of colleagues and management.
  • Ability to meet or exceed business objectives and targets while cultivating a team environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a structured yet adaptable, flexible, and changing call center environment.
  • Ability to work independently in a team environment and across all hierarchical levels, where adaptability, collaboration, and flexibility are essential.
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer screens while handling the phone.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and precision.
  • Call center customer service experience in the financial services industry.
  • Military experience in staff benefits management, handling military workforce requests or changes, wartime status tasks, HR, or military recruiting.
  • Military knowledge or research experience, including functional management, project management, mission development management, and financial management.
  • Experience working with military protocols and directives, enrolled assessments, official/authority reporting, and assisting with keeping military staff battle-ready and effective.

Preferred Capabilities

* Experience working with CRM software and other customer relationship management tools.

  • Knowledge of financial services industry regulations and compliance.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all hierarchical levels.
  • Experience in a call center environment with a high volume of customer interactions.
