Responsibilities
As a Customer Success Manager, PEO, your key responsibilities will include:
- Accounts: Managing a high volume of small spend accounts in either our SMB/MM or ENT segments
- Risk: Identifying and flagging risks that will lead to customer churn
- Relationships: Building relationships with clients by identifying pain points, providing solutions, and recognizing opportunities for growth and revenue generation
- Product: Being the voice of the customer by collecting product and operational feedback and sharing it with relevant internal stakeholders
- Providing a high-quality experience to our customers on a day-to-day basis
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely response and completion of customer requests
- Driving adoption of platform features that will lead to a better customer experience and better retention
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) or related HR, payroll, and compliance functions
- Strong analytical foundation with the ability to manipulate and synthesize data
- Quantitatively inclined and data savvy, with the ability to draw quick, insightful conclusions from complex data sets
- A strong desire to be in the technology space and a passion for building relationships with clients
- A reliable, motivated self-starter with a growth mentality and a passion for fast-paced environments
- A solid track record of achievement, with a history of delivering quantifiable business impact and assuming responsibilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- A strong analytical foundation with the ability to manipulate and synthesize data
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience as a Customer Success Manager or in a related role
- Experience working with AI-powered tools and a fully owned payroll infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of HRIS, payroll, compliance, benefits, performance, and equipment management
- Experience working with global teams and managing relationships with clients across multiple time zones
