What You'll Be Doing
As a Night Shift Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing clear, friendly, and fast written responses to inbound customer inquiries during low-traffic overnight periods. You'll be working in a remote, text-only environment, using our proprietary chat platform to communicate with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to website and social platform live chat messages in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with product recommendations, delivery concerns, or payment questions
- Use provided scripts and guidelines to stay aligned with arenaflex's brand tone and messaging
- Identify urgent messages and flag for follow-up by daytime teams
- Log issues and summarize customer insights at the end of your shift
- Collaborate with other support teams to resolve complex customer issues
