Customer Service Representative Position
As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll act as a connection between our clients and our company, providing product and service information, resolving issues, and gathering valuable customer feedback. Responsibilities
As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling high volumes of incoming calls with ease and professionalism
- Identifying and evaluating customers' needs to deliver satisfaction and build trust
- Providing accurate, valid, and comprehensive information using the right methods and tools
- Reaching personal and customer service team targets and call handling quotas
- Managing complaints, providing proper solutions and options within time limits, and following up to secure resolution
- Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents
- Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Going the extra mile to engage customers and exceed their expectations
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A desktop or laptop computer with the following specifications:
+ 20GB or more of free hard drive space + 4GB or more of RAM + Windows 10 or better or AMD APU class or better, clocked at dual-core 1.4 GHz or better + MacBooks are accepted
- A hard-wired internet connection (no Wi-Fi)
- A track record of exceeding quota requirements
- Strong phone administration skills and active listening capabilities
- Customer orientation and the ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and control time effectively
