The Role

As a Remote Customer Service / Sales Representative, you'll play a critical role in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and exceptional customer experiences. You'll be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing prompt and accurate service, and identifying new service opportunities to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

* Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
• Develop new service opportunities with both existing and new clients
• Collaborate with our team to identify and resolve customer issues
• Provide timely and thorough activity reports to management
• Stay up-to-date with product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education requirements

Requirements

* Prior 10 years combined customer service and sales experience (required)

• Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain within 30 days)
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain within 30 days)
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
• People-oriented
• Organizational skills
• Self-motivated
