As a Virtual Customer Service Assistant, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with our management team to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities As a Virtual Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for:

Customer Service Support

* Regular client interfacing via phone, ensuring prompt and professional communication * Email management, including checking, organizing, and responding to client communications in a timely manner * Calendar management, coordinating with the management team to ensure all tasks are met and deadlines are respected

Operations Support

* Creating, executing, and maintaining standard operating procedures, workflows, and processes to ensure efficient operations * Admin tasks associated with CRM software, including data entry, reporting, and analysis * Identifying and resolving problems in a timely manner, with minimal direction and maturity Key Attributes To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following attributes: * Confident, decisive, and experienced communicator with strong written and verbal skills, using tact and diplomacy when interfacing with different personalities and situations * Professional and friendly demeanor, with excellent communication skills * Ability to work independently in a fast-paced virtual environment, managing priorities and deadlines accordingly * Tech-savvy, eager, and quick to learn new technology, with a willingness to adapt to new tools and systems * Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency, while minimizing errors * Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive client information, with integrity and trustworthiness * Ambitious, engaging, and positive self-starter, with a flexible, patient, and open-minded attitude Qualifications To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following qualifications: * Bachelor's degree preferred * Experience working remotely preferred * Available to complete work, take video calls, etc. during business hours Monday - Friday * At least 10 hours/week of availability * Previous experience managing multiple clients, accounts, and projects preferred * Mac (preferred) or PC Computer (including webcam) and the most recent version of MS Office installed (all programs; PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook) * A fast and reliable internet connection * Smartphone with email capabilities and the ability to download various apps * Preference to candidates proficient in common online programs/software used by small business owners Additional Information * Employee position * Remote position with flexible work from home options available * We are currently not accepting candidates who have full-time jobs or are enrolled in school full-time Why Join arenaflex?
