Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. You will work closely with our team to provide clear, professional communication, educate customers on required documentation and claim status updates, and accurately input claim data into internal systems. Key Responsibilities

* Serve as the primary liaison for customers, providing clear, professional communication and problem resolution

  • Educate and guide customers on required documentation, timeframes, and claim status updates
  • Accurately input claim data into internal systems
  • Assign new claims to the appropriate team member
  • Ensure customer calls are routed to the correct department
  • Contribute to a positive, quality-driven service culture
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve complex customer issues and improve service delivery
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and quality service

Qualifications

* High school diploma or GED required

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (call center experience preferred)
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of disability plan eligibility and claims processing is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general PC use
  • Organized, team-oriented, and able to meet performance goals
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a claims or insurance-related industry

  • Knowledge of disability plan eligibility and claims processing
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
