As a part-time customer care professional at arenaflex, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional client experiences. Key Responsibilities

* Provide phenomenal support to clients in a quick-moving, organized client care environment, following our Client First philosophy

• Engage with card members to understand their needs and design innovative solutions, promoting the benefits of card membership and offering relevant product offers that drive client engagement and result in measurable incentives
• Develop key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, handling complaints, and closing deals
• Address general and record-specific client requests, providing clear and concise information and updating client account data as necessary
• Utilize tools and resources to identify customized solutions and anticipate client needs, in our commitment to our keep-in-touch goal
• Meet and exceed performance objectives, including but not limited to, client satisfaction results, sales rates, quality objectives, consistency guidelines, and efficiency targets

Essential Qualifications

* Proven success in a client support and consultative sales environment (two years+), with a strong track record of building client loyalty through excellent listening, consultative relationship building, creativity, and strong written and verbal communication

• Integrity in managing sensitive card member data and compliance with all Regulatory and Consistency rules related to adjusting and sales practices
• Enthusiasm for consultative sales, recommending products or services tailored to each client
• Flexibility to efficiently manage a constant flow of client calls, while adjusting performance to meet various metrics, effectively manage through change, and remain positive in challenging situations
• Ability to adapt communication style to a wide range of characters and circumstances
• Commitment to executing feedback as a means to achieve individual and team performance objectives
• Technical ability to perform multitasking and navigate through PC systems and applications with speed and precision
• Practicality and reliability, as it is essential that you are working on time and adhering to your schedule every day
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Preferred Qualifications

* Four-year degree preferred

• Additional Requirements:

+ Adaptability to work any shift between 6:00 am-2:00 am, including weekends + Work environment adaptability: All-day shift adaptability requirements

Compensation and Benefits

* Hourly compensation range: $20.00 to $21.65 + bonus + benefits

• Business qualification to work with arenaflex in the U.S. is required as the company won't sponsor visas for these positions.
