Job Summary

As a Live-Chat Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for engaging with our subscribers through live chat to provide top-notch customer support. You'll troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries related to account management, billing, streaming, and technical issues, while guiding users in navigating the arenaflex platform and offering personalized recommendations to ensure a seamless viewing experience.

Key Responsibilities
