Job Summary

As a Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional support to our clients, answering their questions, resolving their issues, and helping them navigate the complexities of health insurance enrollment. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing accurate and timely information about health insurance plans and enrollment processes

  • Manage customer accounts, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior representatives or management as needed
  • Enter application data accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Participate in online chat sessions with customers, providing support and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
  • Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with arenaflex's quality standards
  • Develop creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a willingness to learn and grow with the company
  • Manage time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines to meet customer needs
  • Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to develop expertise in health insurance enrollment and customer service
  • Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels, ensuring compliance with arenaflex's quality standards

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years of age or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field, with a strong focus on health insurance enrollment or a related industry
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, with experience using CRM systems and practices
  • High level of comfort learning new technology and adapting to changing projects and updates
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Comfortable working from home, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
  • Personal device with functioning camera required for the Training Period
  • Committed to full attendance for paid 3-week Training period
  • Minimum Internet Speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet
  • Cable/Fiber Broadband Internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection required
  • NOT compatible with mobile internet service providers and/or satellites
  • NOT compatible with Wi-Fi internet access or Wi-Fi adapters/extenders

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support or technical support role

  • Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
  • Previous experience in a Call Center environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Spanish Bilingual, a plus
