Job Summary
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of online research studies, including surveys, focus groups, and product testing. You'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently collecting and entering data, while also providing valuable insights and feedback to our clients. This is a part-time, remote position that offers flexibility and autonomy, allowing you to work from anywhere and at any time that suits you.
Key Responsibilities
* Participate in online research studies, including surveys, focus groups, and product testing
- Accurately and efficiently collect and enter data into our database
- Provide valuable insights and feedback to our clients
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues through email, phone, and video conferencing
- Meet deadlines and maintain a high level of productivity
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data entry and research participation
Requirements
* Education: Varies by study, but all education levels are accepted
- Current USA resident
- Ability to speak, read, and understand English and/or Spanish (a plus for more opportunities)
- Ability to focus and follow through on tasks
- Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with internet connection
- Microsoft Word or Excel skills helpful, but not mandatory
- Ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute
Preferred Qualifications
* Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support (helpful but not mandatory)
- Experience with data entry software and tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Pay and Benefits
* Up to $250 per hour for single research study sessions
- Up to $3,000 per multi-session research study
