Job Summary
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in managing inbound email, chat, and phone inquiries from pet parents to sell pet insurance policies. You'll be responsible for building strong relationships with potential customers, educating them about our products and services, and providing a WOW! experience that exceeds their expectations. Key Responsibilities
* Manage inbound email, chat, and phone inquiries from pet parents to sell pet insurance policies
- Manage time and other resources to ensure sales goals are met consistently
- Handle all interactions promptly and effectively to minimize wait times
- Build rapport with potential customers to reinforce the value of arenaflex's brand and our pet insurance products
- Build strong knowledge of products and services offered
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase policy sales and improve customer retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure that arenaflex's products and services remain competitive
Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills
* High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years sales experience
- Proven attendance reliability
- Flexible schedule requirements, with the ability to work evenings and weekends
- Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and phone communication skills
- Excellent tracking, follow-up, negotiating, and relationship building skills
- Demonstrated ability to consistently overcome objections
- Articulate, professional, and possesses a strong quality sales mindset with attention to detail
- Proven history of adherence to corporate policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Strong computer background using MS Word, Excel, and Internet
Preferred Qualifications
* Proven sales success within an inbound service environment, preferably a direct sales environment
- Insurance industry sales experience
- Service industry and/or Contact Center experience
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with deadlines
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
