Your Role in Our Mission
As a Data Entry / Mail Room Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include:
* Accurately processing confidential documents as part of a high-volume workflow
* Completing assignments with limited supervision and escalating issues as needed
* Complying with all contract requirements, business rules, and legal regulations
* Prioritizing and resolving routine issues independently, following team guidance
* Contributing actively to team performance and productivity goals
* Following clear direction from leadership and contributing beyond general support levels
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with:
* 1-2 years of experience in data entry, mail room, or a related administrative role
* Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Word; 10-key number pad proficiency preferred
* Ability to work accurately and quickly while maintaining required speed
* Strong attention to detail, with capacity to interpret moderately complex documents
* Adaptability to shifting priorities and minimal supervision
What You Can Expect in This Role
* Fully remote, work-from-home position
* Fixed shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST
* Routine handling of confidential information and data

Compensation and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28,500.00 - $40,700.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
