A Day in the Life as a Customer Service Phone Representative As a Customer Service Phone Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, answering incoming calls, booking service appointments, and managing our club membership base. You'll work closely with our dispatcher to ensure that each call is scheduled efficiently, keeping customer satisfaction at the heart of everything you do. When things get busy, you'll stay proactive, making outbound calls and helping to renew memberships. Whether it's solving a problem or making sure customers are booked for their service, you'll be the key to keeping things running smoothly.
