Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Representative to join our team in a remote Minnesota location. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities, and providing exceptional customer care and support. Responsibilities
* Handle inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities, providing exceptional customer care and support
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior representatives
- Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to de-escalate conflicts and provide solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including notes and follow-up actions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer care skills and knowledge
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction
Requirements
* Currently reside in Minnesota
- 1 year of Call Center experience
- 6 months of Customer Service experience
- Basic typing/computer experience with excellent navigational skills
- High-speed Internet access (minimum upload speed of 3 mbps and minimum download speed of 30 mbps)
- Quiet space within the home free of distractions to take in-coming calls
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a healthcare or transportation-related industry
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
