Job Summary
As a Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients and customers. You'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, managing customer accounts, providing technical support, and interpreting and following defined procedures and policies. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently, ensuring that every interaction is positive, informative, and engaging. - Manage customer accounts and provide technical support, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner. - Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and arenaflex's quality standards. - Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues, often requiring innovative solutions and outside-the-box thinking. - Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines. - Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels, ensuring that customer interactions are secure, confidential, and compliant with industry standards.
Essential Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred - 1+ year of experience in customer service or technical support role - Fluency in Spanish (written and verbal) - Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in CRM systems and practices - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner - Comfortable working from home, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace - Personal device with functioning camera required for the Training Period - Committed to full attendance for paid 3-week Training period - Minimum Internet Speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet - Cable/Fiber Broadband Internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection required (NOT compatible with mobile internet service providers and/or satellites)
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a call center environment - Familiarity with CRM systems and practices - Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act - Spanish Bilingual, a plus

Compensation and Benefits
