As an On-Site Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in helping our clients address their customers' concerns, provide support, and resolve issues. Responsibilities
As an On-Site Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers with issues and concerns they're experiencing during the use of our products and/or services
- Documenting call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Maintaining and updating customer information as necessary
- Upselling current customers on new or enhanced services
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall client experience
- Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support to customers
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience (preferably in a call center environment)
- Strong computer navigational skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Exceptional listening and comprehension skills
- Professional and courteous demeanor
- Customer-oriented approach to service delivery
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Environment
As an On-Site Customer Service Representative, you'll work in a climate-controlled, call-center environment with ongoing usage of phone and computer systems. You'll be required to sit for extended periods, with regular breaks to maintain productivity and well-being.
Physical Demands
This role requires constant sedentary work, with minimal physical demands.
