Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative – arenaflex Insurance Agency Team Member, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering customer inquiries and providing policy information
- Assisting clients with policy changes and updates
- Processing insurance claims and following up with clients
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
- Coordinating with other agency team members to ensure seamless customer service
- Anticipating the needs of our clients and providing proactive solutions
- Onboarding new customers and providing a warm welcome
- Policy review and analysis to ensure accurate information
- Scheduling appointments and managing customer schedules
- Answering phones and responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Multiline existing customers and adding new policies
- Making changes to policy accounts and ensuring accurate records
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
- Strong knowledge of ECRM and NECHO, with the ability to navigate these systems with ease
- Active insurance license, with a strong understanding of insurance products and services
- Strong organization and implementation of BOD procedures, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong understanding of navigating Underwriting, with the ability to analyze and interpret data
- Detailed note-taking skills, with the ability to record and maintain accurate customer interactions
- Separate working room or home office, with a dedicated workspace and minimal distractions
- Strong knowledge of Billing and Payments, with the ability to manage and process transactions accurately
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry
- Strong knowledge of arenaflex insurance products and services, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- State Farm experience, with a strong understanding of their products and services
- Part-time employment, with the ability to work flexible hours and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Remote work experience, with the ability to work independently and manage a home office
