Your Role in Delivering Supreme Service
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering Supreme Service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Fielding important calls from customers, listening intently to their needs, and finding solutions to their problems
- Scheduling appointments, organizing sales calls, and dispatching our technicians to the homeowner
- Entering data and prioritizing services using our state-of-the-art computer program (don't worry, we'll teach you how to use it!)
- Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations
- Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and a positive customer experience

Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need:

- Basic knowledge of computers and computer programs
- Customer service skills and experience (prior experience in HVAC is a plus, but not required)
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we're looking for candidates who have:
- Prior customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- A background in HVAC or a related field
- Experience with computer programs and software
