Experienced Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher – HVAC and Plumbing Industry

We're now seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our team and help us continue to deliver unparalleled comfort to our customers.

Job Role

As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department. Your daily duties will include:

• Maintaining our customer database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
• Making daily outbound phone calls to customers and technicians to confirm appointments and provide updates
• Routing technicians based on location to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
• Collaborating with the dispatch team to maintain a positive and productive work environment
• Providing exceptional customer service to resolve issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner

Schedule

Our Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher will have a flexible schedule that includes:

• Wednesday: In-office work at our Chantilly location from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break
• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday: Remote work from home from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Previous call center experience, with at least one year of experience in a similar role
• The ability to type at a speed of approximately 70 words per minute
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle high call volumes and work independently
• Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia
• The ability to accurately document information into our customer database, Service Titan
• A quiet workspace with minimal background noise and high-speed internet access

• A laptop and cell phone will be provided by arenaflex
• High-speed internet access
• A quiet workspace with minimal background noise
