Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative – arenaflex Insurance Team Member, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering customer inquiries and providing policy information in a timely and accurate manner
- Assisting clients with policy changes and updates, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption to their coverage
- Processing insurance claims and following up with clients to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including notes, correspondence, and policy updates
- Coordinating with other agency team members to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Anticipating and meeting the needs of our customers, providing proactive solutions and support
- Onboarding new customers, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience
- Reviewing policies to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Scheduling appointments and meetings with customers and agents
- Answering phones and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Providing excellent customer service, resolving issues promptly and efficiently
- Multiline existing customers, ensuring timely and accurate processing of policy changes and updates
- Adding and making changes to policy accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency, meeting or exceeding performance targets
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Strong knowledge of ECRM and NECHO, with experience in navigating these systems
- Active insurance license, with a strong understanding of insurance products and services
- Strong organization and implementation of BOD procedures, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong understanding of navigating Underwriting, with experience in processing claims and policy changes
- Detailed note-taking skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Separate working room or home office, with a dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection
- Strong knowledge of Billing and Payments, with experience in processing transactions and managing customer accounts
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask, with a high level of productivity and efficiency
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry
- Strong knowledge of arenaflex insurance products and services, with a passion for helping others and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- MUST HAVE arenaflex EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in a remote work environment, with a strong understanding of virtual communication and collaboration tools
- Strong knowledge of State Farm insurance products and services, with experience in processing claims and policy changes
- Previous experience in a team environment, with a strong understanding of collaboration and communication
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of productivity and efficiency
