Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Medical Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and their families via chat support: You will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing technical support and responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and compassionate manner. - Provide technical support for our online medical portal and assist clients with navigating the platform: You will be responsible for ensuring that our clients are able to access and utilize our online medical portal with ease, providing technical support and guidance as needed. - Schedule appointments and coordinate with caregivers to ensure smooth service delivery: You will be responsible for scheduling appointments and coordinating with our caregivers to ensure that our clients receive the highest quality of care. - Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and conversations: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and detailed records of client interactions and conversations, ensuring that our team has a clear understanding of our clients' needs and preferences. - Collaborate with the clinical team to gather feedback and continuously improve the chat support process: You will be responsible for working closely with our clinical team to gather feedback and continuously improve our chat support process, ensuring that we are delivering the highest quality of care to our clients. - Keep up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and highest quality of care: You will be responsible for staying up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices, ensuring that our team is compliant and delivering the highest quality of care to our clients.

Qualifications
