Key Responsibilities

As a remote data entry specialist, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Data entry and management
  • Research participation and studies
  • Online focus groups and product testing
  • Micro tasks and other flexible work arrangements
  • Communication with clients and team members via email, phone, and video conferencing

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Current USA residency
  • Proficiency in English (Spanish language skills a plus)
  • Ability to focus and follow through on tasks
  • Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with internet connection
  • Microsoft Word or Excel skills (not mandatory)

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, we prefer candidates with:

  • Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support
  • Data entry skills and experience
  • Ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute
