Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth by providing exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations and achieves customer loyalty. You'll communicate with policyholders, providers, plan participants, and field partners to answer routine questions, process transactions, or resolve issues. This is an inbound, call center position that requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, a strong ability to work independently, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Communicate with policyholders, providers, plan participants, and field partners to answer routine questions, process transactions, or resolve issues
- Document customer inquiries and related customer data electronically
- Assist service teams with back office support functions
- Protect the confidentiality of plan participants and policyholders to ensure compliance with privacy policies and procedures
- Support department goals by achieving established service standards and metrics
What You Bring
* High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of related experience in contact center, customer service, dental office, and/or insurance experience (highly preferred)
- Ability to work overtime when required to support business needs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to assess situations and demonstrate initiative
- Proficient use of computer systems and keyboarding skills
