Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our Enterprise Data Strategy team, where you'll play a critical role in supporting the development of innovative data-driven solutions that drive business growth and mitigate risk. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets, identifying trends and insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the development of revolutionary and impactful data-driven strategies through strategic partnerships to drive business growth and credit & fraud risk control excellence

• Support the Enterprise Data Strategy throughout the customer lifecycle via data-driven and risk-based total principles
• Analyze present and new data sets to identify opportunities to optimize our data solutions & purchases and address business needs
• Review and display data quality, integrity, and freshness
• Analyze present data to develop metrics with the goal of providing robust controls and insights
• Collaborate with new data and existing partners to identify new data opportunities and enhance present data exchange processes
• Closely partner with colleagues across CFR Data Strategy, Product Owners, Compliance, CFR Risk Strategy, CFR Fraud Strategy, and Decisions Science
• Support the team with third-party relationships management and adherence to arenaflex's Third Party Lifecycle Management program
• Have consultative skills capable of working in a dynamic fast-paced global environment

Competencies and Experience

* Demonstrated ability to work independently and across a matrixed organization to deliver solutions at high speed

• Ability to manage and lead large-scale projects with multiple past functional partners
• Good communication and influencing skills with the ability to translate data and analytics into business insights and recommendations, conceptualize and promote ideas
• Strong technical skills to perform data analysis, analytics, and matrices tracking/reporting
• Knowledge of Python, SQL, Spark, SAS, and familiarity with large data and cloud environments
• Experience in an economic services company in data or process function
• Knowledge of Credit Risk and/or Fraud Risk standards, practices, or external Credit or Fraud Risk data sets preferred
• Master's Degree or higher required, concentration in a quantitative discipline preferred
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under fluid environments
