Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct thorough studies and analysis of eligibility records to identify discrepancies and errors

• Resolve issues and discrepancies in eligibility records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with arenaflex's enrollment package records
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex issues and ensure timely resolution
• Reconcile eligibility data between systems, ensuring data consistency and accuracy
• Monitor and track records, identifying trends and areas for improvement
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience in data entry, analysis, and record management, preferably in a healthcare setting

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
