The Role

As a Part-Time Data Entry Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that require attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective communication. Your primary duties will include:

  • Data Entry and Management: Input, update, and maintain data across various platforms, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Data Review and Verification: Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or errors.
  • File Organization and Documentation: Assist in organizing files and documentation as needed, maintaining a clean and organized digital and physical workspace.
  • Report Generation: Generate reports based on data analysis when required, presenting findings and recommendations to team members and stakeholders.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow, communicate effectively regarding project updates and deadlines, and provide timely feedback and support.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

Minimum of 2 years of experience

in data entry or related roles, with a proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)

and Google Workspace, with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.

Strong attention to detail

with excellent organizational skills, enabling you to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

Ability to work independently

in a remote setting, with minimal supervision and guidance.
