What We Offer

As a Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including:

  • Competitive hourly rate of $20.00 per hour
  • Flexible scheduling with shifts between 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM, Monday through Friday (no weekends!)

  • Seasonal employment duration of 3 to 4 months, with the possibility of extension or permanent placement

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Delivering extraordinary customer service and building positive rapport on every interaction
  • Managing your time effectively and responding to incoming calls in a timely manner
  • Accurately documenting call details and customer interactions
  • Taking ownership of customer issues and following them through to resolution
  • Maintaining organized records of service actions and outcomes
  • Prioritizing workflow based on task urgency and importance
  • Supporting additional tasks as assigned

Ideal Candidate Profile

We're looking for experienced Customer Support Agents who possess:

  • Proven working experience in a customer service environment, preferably Technical Support
  • Experience in providing customer service support
  • Availability to work Monday-Friday
  • Proficiency in communications
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Exceptional attention-to-detail
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
