Experienced Customer Service Representative – Remote Warranty Support

The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound phone calls, educating customers about their warranty, and resolving any issues that may arise. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, navigating complex customer interactions with ease and poise. Your goal will be to find solutions, not just problems, and to provide exceptional service that exceeds customer expectations.

The Essentials
* High School diploma required: Associate or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience: Working in a customer service role with conflict resolution is essential.
- Automotive industry experience: A huge plus! Exposure to vehicle repair shop procedures and practices, including labor guides and part pricing, is preferred.
- Work from home: You'll be working from your home office in an approved city and state, with a conducive and quiet workspace, reliable and secure internet, and a camera-ready setup.
