Job Description

As an Experienced Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries through live chat support, providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers, and helping to resolve issues and answer questions related to their ecommerce store. You will work closely with our team of experienced customer service professionals, who will provide guidance and support as you learn the ropes.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries through live chat support: As a Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries in real-time through live chat. This will require you to have excellent written communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients' customers: Our clients rely on us to provide their customers with exceptional customer service. As a Live Chat Assistant, you will be expected to be patient, friendly, and empathetic towards customers, while providing timely and accurate solutions to their inquiries.
  • Help to resolve issues and answer questions related to their ecommerce store: Our clients' customers may have inquiries or issues related to their ecommerce store. As a Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for investigating these issues and providing effective solutions to customers.
  • Work closely with our team of experienced customer service professionals: Our team is comprised of experienced customer service professionals who will provide guidance and support as you learn the ropes. You will work closely with your team to provide exceptional customer service and to develop your skills as a Live Chat Assistant.

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent: To qualify for this position, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

  • Excellent written communication skills: As a Live Chat Assistant, you will be required to communicate with customers through written communication. You must have excellent written communication skills and be able to convey information effectively.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively: You will be responsible for handling multiple customer inquiries simultaneously. The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively is essential to this role.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment: Our Live Chat Assistants work in a fast-paced environment that requires quick thinking and adaptability. You must be comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office: You must have basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office. Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
