Key Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound calls from the public, responding to their queries and concerns in a polite, professional, and empathetic manner

  • Book, re-schedule, and cancel appointments on our booking system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner
  • Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency, meeting or exceeding performance targets
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and a positive customer experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Customer Service Advisor Benefits:
